Comprehensive Eye Care

OPL is the perfect place for assessment of your visual function and individual eye care needs. A comprehensive eye exam is important to screen for many ocular diseases such as glaucoma, macular degeneration and cataracts. In addition, many systemic diseases such as hypertension and diabetes can be monitored. If necessary, glasses and/or contacts will be prescribed to maximize visual function.

Contact Lens Fittings and Exams

In addition to comprehensive eye exams to determine the health of your eyes, OPL’s medical doctors also fit and care for patients wearing contact lenses. A contact lens wearer requires a comprehensive eye exam once a year. Doctors or specialized contact lens technicians fit soft lenses including monovision and multifocal lenses as well as gas permeable lenses. First time fittings include instruction and training on insertion, removal and care of contact lenses.

Cataract Surgery

At OPL we offer the latest technology in cataract surgery including toric and multifocal intraocular lenses. Dr. Warren and Dr. Morales will evaluate your individual situation and recommend the option to give you a personalized outcome to best meet your needs.

Pediatric Eye Care

Kids’ eyes are their window into the world. This is how they learn and what lets them enjoy life. Making sure that their eyes are healthy and in focus is our top priority at OPL. A good eye exam can detect conditions like astigmatism, amblyopia and strabismus. If untreated, these can have lifelong repercussions and limit a child’s potential development.

Diabetes and Eye Care

Diabetes is a systemic disease which can affect all the organs in the body. Having a yearly eye exam is vital to evaluate the retina. The power of the dilated exam is that it essentially is a window into the body and can give us vital information about the overall diabetic control and progression. We have all the latest screening devices including OCT and digital fundus photography which allow you to actually see what the Doctors see.

Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Around the Eye

We offer a full complement of various plastic and reconstructive procedures of the eyelids, tear ducts and eye sockets. Eye socket procedures include removal of tumors, repair of fractures and treatment of disfiguring thyroid eye disease.
