About Us

Ophthalmology Partners, Ltd. is a four doctor multi-specialty practice located in Deerfield and Lake Bluff, Illinois. We have been in the community over forty years and pride ourselves in patient centered care. Dr. May started the practice over the old Ford Pharmacy building in Deerfield in the 1970’s. Dr. Warren joined him in 1997. Soon after, Dr. Fountain who is fellowship trained in oculoplastics joined; followed by fellowship trained pediatric and general ophthalmologist Dr. Morales. We pride ourselves in taking care of people from one to one hundred.
